UPDATE ON HUSBANDS EYE SURGERY TODAY IN NEED OF PRAYER

Good afternoon to all my friends .

Ernie is back home but on his way back to the surgeons office for post checkup on this mornings surgery. The surgery went okay but it was a very serious one and he cannot do anything much for six weeks . He is on three kinds of drops one an antiobioticfor one week , another two for different things . One he has to use every two hour for one week , another he is on for 6 weeks and decreases every week I thionk that one is the cortisone one and another he is on for 4 weeks . He has to keep his head elevated all the time when sitting or laying down. There are a lot of instructions Paul is going to stay home the one week and give his father the eye drops every two hours and he will do all the other drops Thank goodness for Paul I am not good at this kind of thing and Paul has to put my eye drops in as well I am on eye drop twice a day. Ernie cannot see right now so Paul has to take him by the arm everywhere and I help him do that as well like for example Paul was out for a rew min and I had to take Enie to the bathroom so I had to use m y rollator for me to hang on to and get Ernie to hole onto the back of my blouse and follow me there.Then I got him to reach out to the walls as he walked a bit and Pau l is teaching him to do that so he can judge a bit where he is going Some of this may clear up once he starts to heal following the surgery He has a big patch over his eye and the other eye he does not see good out of either. We are in for a few hard weeks here but God will get us through it . God is using Paul right now for both of us and I am so proud of my son for doing this for us. I will keep you all updated off and on and appreciate your prayers for us . They did tell him he may be able to see somewhat better once healing has taken place so we are praying for that but he has to follow this routine very carefull for that to happen We are asking for prayer that he will see better once he heals . God is the great physician and it is He that will do the healing in the end . Jesus went about healing the sick when He ws on earth and e made the blind to see Praise the Lord .
